The Internal Audit Service (IAS) is a body of JSC “Kazakh Oncology Institute” that carries out internal audit activities, providing independent and objective assurance and consulting services aimed at improving the organization’s operations.
Internal audit helps the organization achieve its objectives by applying a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of risk management, control, and corporate governance processes (hereinafter – IAS).
The IAS is functionally subordinate and accountable to the Board of Directors.
Its activities are governed by the Regulation on the Internal Audit Service.
The mission of the IAS is to provide necessary support to the Board of Directors in fulfilling their responsibilities toward achieving the strategic goals of the Company.
